Day	Destination	Description
Day 1	Chennai	Arrive Chennai :This evening arrive Chennai (formerly known as Madras), India's 4 largest city. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your TAJ CONNEMARA HOTEL (Superior Room).
Day 2	Chennai	Chennai : Your afternoon tour of Chennai takes you to Victoria Art Gallery, Bronze Gallery and Chennai Museum. The Fort St. George, San Thome Cathedral and Kapaleeswarar Temple complete your visit. (B)
Day 3	Chennai	Kanchipuram & Mahabalipuram :Today enjoy an excursion to Kanchipuram one of the seven sacred cities of India.. Visit three of the best temples-Kailasanatha and Ekambareshwara, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Vaikuntaperumal dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Continue your excursion to the ancient Pallavan port of Mamallapuram to visit the 7th century rock hewn monuments. The shore temple, the only surviving one of seven, is a unique example of a temple built of rock quarried elsewhere and carried to shore. (B)
Day 4	Kumarakom	Chennai / Cochin / Kumarakom : Today fly to Cochin. Upon arrival you are met and driven to Kumarakom. Upon arrival check in to TAJ GARDEN RETREAT HOTEL (Cottage Lagoon View). Your afternoon is at leisure. Perhaps take advantage of the rich waters with a bit of fishing, or just relax ad soak in the rich atmosphere of your surroundings. (B)
Day 5	Kumarakom	Backwaters Cruise :In the morning set out to enjoy the Backwaters. Your boat cruises through the series of canals and lagoons snaking their way through several tiny villages and tropical vegetation Not only do the backwaters of Kerala link the state together, they are an integral element in maintaining ecological balance and creating harmony with nature. Your afternoon is at leisure. (B)
Day 6	Cochin	Kumarakom / Cochin :Take a cruise this morning on Vembanad Lake, site of a bird sanctuary. Waterfowl, cormorants, egrets and teals are seen in abundance. Later drive to Cochin - one of the most picturesque places in Kerala. Tonight enjoy a presentation of the colorful costumed Kathakali dance drama. TAJ MALABAR HOTEL (Superior Room Tower Wing).(B)
Day 7	Cochin	Cochin : Your tour this morning includes a visit to the Portuguese Church built by St. Francis in 1562, the Jewish Synagogue, the famed Mattancherry Palace, and the Chinese fishing nets-ingenious devices requiring little human attention. Afternoon at leisure. (B)
Day 8	Goa	Cochin / Goa : Fly to Goa via Bombay. Upon arrival met and transfer to HOTEL TAJ EXOTICA (Garden Villa). (B)
Day 9	Goa	Goa : Morning enjoy the half day city tour of Goa. Afternoon at leisure. (B)
Day 10	Bombay	Goa / Bombay : Morning at leisure. Afternoon fly to Bombay. Upon arrival met and transfer to HOTEL TAJ PRESIDENT (Standard City View). (B)
Day 11	Bombay	Bombay : Morning enjoy the city tour of Bombay. Check out from the hotel at 12 noon. Later in the evening transfer to international airport for flight back home. (B)
