Day 2
Doi Suthep Temple
The mountainside temple of Doi Suthep is one of the north's most sacred. Climb 300 steps up the dragon staircase or take the gondola to the top and admire the spectacular views. The afternoon is free to enjoy a traditional massage or even take a Thai cooking lesson.
Day 3
Elephant Ride & Bamboo Rafting
Ride an elephant through the forest, take an ox-drawn cart through rice fields and float on a bamboo raft down the Mae Tang River. Unwind afterwards, visiting an orchid and a butterfly farm, and get introduced to the many exotic species that inhabit this part of the world.
Days 4-5
Chiang Mai Cycle
Take to the streets on a bike ride to the ancient city of Wieng Kum Kam. Stop by at the royal temple of Wat Kanthom and at the shrine of King Mengrai before wrapping up the adventure among animated vendors at the local market.
