Traverse some of the Tsavo National Park's 21,000 sq km in search of wild game, meet local kids at the Amani Project, learn about the life of the Chagga tribespeople and soak up the sun on a beach near Mombasa. Explore the distinctive marshes, open plains and acacia woodland that make up the landscape, looking out for elephants, antelopes and lions. | | Day 4 | Arusha | Travelling south, spot the scarlet robes of Africa's most famous tribespeople - the Masai - as they tend to their cattle. Make camp in Arusha, a Tanzanian town located in the beautiful Great Rift Valley. | | Day 5 | Amani Children's Home | Get to know some local kids on a visit to the Amani Children's Home, an organisation providing education and support for orphans and homeless children.
